Return Policy
We understand—sometimes items don't suit you and you want to return or exchange them. As long as your item was purchased from our store and remains in its original condition, you can return it to us!
To make things easier for our customers, we typically allow returns within 30 days of receiving the product.
Which items can be returned?
For hygiene reasons, all underwear and swimwear are non-refundable.
Socks can be returned as long as they are sealed in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, all bottles are non-refundable.
Custom-made items are non-refundable.
To receive a full refund, eligible returned items must be in brand new, unused, unwashed condition, and in the same condition as when you received them. If the item is returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process a refund. All returned items will be inspected.
